HOW TO SET UP YOUR PHONE TO RECEIVE CALLS FROM INMATES AT THE YAVAPAI COUNTY JAIL
Before we get started you must understand two points:
1. You CANNOT call an inmate; you must wait for an inmate to call you.
2. Inmates can only make COLLECT CALLS. Collect calls from the jail are EXPENSIVE.
The phone system at the Yavapai County Jail (Camp Verde Jail) is serviced by a private billing company called Inmate Telephone, INC, or simply 'ITI'. You must establish an account with this company before you are able to accept long distance calls from an inmate.
There are two ways to establish an account:
1. Call ITI's Family and Friends Call Center.

2. If you have internet service and own a credit card, go to OffenderConnect and click on the orange Sign Up Now button to establish your account. You will be walked through a series of steps that will allow you to prepay for collect calls from the Camp Verde Jail.
