Cash-Only Bail Bonds is a full service bail bond company, which specializes in "cash-only" bail bonds. Cash bonds are set by the court for a variety of reasons, including the most common causes; failure to pay a fine on a prior case and failure to appear before the court on a scheduled appearance. In these cases, the court orders a cash-only bond in an attempt to secure a cash fine or ensure the appearance of a defendant it may consider to be a flight risk. Cash-Only Bail Bonds will make every effort to facilitate your rapid release from jail.

Guilt or Innocence

GUILTY or INNOCENT

Guilty or Innocent

Guilty or innocent it doesn’t matter.

Whether you committed a crime or didn’t do it - bail bonds are provided to any client that can put up the required collateral and pay the fee.
Risk is an important factor to a bondsman when issuing a bond; this is why bail bonds in Phoenix are secured with collateral. Collateral is property or cash that is held as security against the bond – it acts as a guarantee that the Indemnitor on the bond has the ability to cover any loss that the bondsman may incur. Loss occurs when a bond is forfeited by the court for the defendant’s Failure to Appear.
Looking for a bail bond? We would be happy to explain the process to you.

Yavapai County Jail Release Schedule - August 2013

New Release Schedule

The Yavapai County Jail has changed its release schedule, once again - this time for the better! Currently the Camp Verde Jail will allow Yavapai County Bail Bonds to be posted 24/7 and inmates will be released between the hours of 6 AM and 9 PM. Inmates will be processed for release soon after the bond is posted. Prior to this latest change, inmates were only released twice each day; 6 AM in the morning, or 6 PM in the evening.

This is a welcomed change for all Camp Verde Bail Bondsmen. Frequently, Yavapai County inmates who needed to go to the bank to pay for a bail bond or those inmates that had collateral but needed to be taken home to provide it, found themselves unbondable. Banks were not open after 6 PM and bail bondsmen simply could not afford the time to wait for an inmate to get out of jail after 6 PM to come up with bail.

The latest Yavapai County Jail release schedule is a happy compromise. Inmate safety is still paramount, they will not be released into the dark of night and be forced to walk a dark treacherous highway; and bail bondsmen will be able to work with an inmate who needs to be taken to the bank or to secure collateral while businesses are open.

GPS Monitoring for Yavapai County Bail Bonds

GPS Services Available

These days, bail bond service is all about options.  Cash-Only Bail Bonds has always led the pack in providing options for inmates wanting to get out of jail.  We now offer to the inmates of the Yavapai County JailGPS Monitoring

Monitoring can include the following:
  • Alcohol Monitoring - the GPS unit in conjunction with a home breath  analyzer provides state-of-the art monitoring and detection of Yavapai County inmates that have been released from jail with alcohol restrictions.
  • Location Restrictions - For inmates who are restricted to home, city, county or state.  The GPS unit notifies us when an inmate leaves a boundary.
  • Location Exclusion - For inmates who are not permitted to enter various locations, i.e., playgrounds, schools, victims homes or places of employment.

Collateral Reduction

The installation of a GPS ankle monitor may allow us to post bail on inmates who are considered high risk or for those individuals that have inadequate collateral to secure the bond.  Although nothing beats the security of having collateral in hand; recession has left many honest people with virtual nothing to put up for security on a bond.  An ankle monitor may provide an alternative for those inmates with larger bail bonds.  The cost of an ankle monitor will be born by the inmate and/or cosigner on the bond.  Installation fees generally run about $125.00 and monthly rent will be about $400/month.  Our units are the most advanced GPS units of their kind and provide dependable location and alert notifications.

If you are having trouble coming up with full collateral on Yavapai County bail bonds, give us a call so we can discuss your options.

Yavapai County Jail Inmate Release

YAVAPAI COUNTY RELEASE SCHEDULE
The Yavapai County Jail initiated a new inmate release schedule effective October 1, 2012.  Inmates will only be released twice each day; 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM.  Generally, most inmates scheduled for release will be released within the first hour.

YAVAPAI COUNTY BAIL BONDS
Yavapai County bail bonds may be posted 24-hours per day, however, if you plan on scheduling your bond posting around the new release schedule, be aware that you must be at the bond out window before 6:00 (AM or PM).  If you miss the deadline, the inmate will have to wait 12 more hours to get out of jail.

During the winter, if you are not going to pick up an inmate, consider leaving them in until the 6:00 AM release.  The 6:00 PM schedule would release the inmate into the dark of night.  The jail is three miles from Interstate 17 and it is located on a very dark and narrow road (Route 260).  Walking Route 260 at night is dangerous.

Although, this schedule is less conveinient than what we were used to, it is still far better than the release schedule experienced by the Maricopa County Jail.

Yavapai County Jail Inmate Search

YAVAPAI COUNTY INMATE DATABASE
Yavapai County provides an online database of inmates currently incarcerated at the Camp Verde Jail. The information is updated regularly with the last update time printed below the search pane. All you need to do is enter the last name of the inmate, or the first letter of his/her last name to access the list.

Public information available on-line is limited to Booking Number, Booking Date, and Date of Birth. If you need to know an inmate's bond amount and arrest charges, you will need to call a bondsman specializing in Camp Verde Bail Bonds, or you can call the jail at 928-567-7734. If the inmate has been incarcerated for more than 24-hours and has been to their Initial Court Appearance, bond information should be readily available. However, If the inmate has not been to their initial appearance and they have been charged with a felony, bond will not be set until they appear before a judge.

INITIAL APPEARANCE
Every defendant must appear before a judge within 24-hours of arrest. Yavapai County is composed of several courts, each of which holds hearings at different hours of the day. Court information must be manually entered into a database, so it may be several hours before the jail has up-to-date bond information. Be patient, most updates will not be available until after 12 P.M. and many times not until 3 P.M., or later. Typically the inmate will know their bond amount long before the jail. My best advice is to call a company specializing in Yavapai County Bail Bonds and have them obtain the information for you. Navapache Bail Bonds can email Yavapai County Inmate Information to you if you're not in a hurry, but for faster service, call one of these local agents:
